Talent Collective Apprenticeship

I'm looking to bring someone onto my team at Talent Collective for a 3-month paid apprenticeship.

I need someone who can provide some tech recruiting work (~20 hrs a week). In return, I'll teach you everything I know about Talent Engineering: tooling A–Z, using AI as part of our day-to-day recruiting flow to maximize your output, building out the automation and agent infrastructure that runs behind the scenes, and more.

Paid as a flat monthly stipend. TBD after 3 months, still figuring that out.

Strong preference for someone local to Orange County who can work side by side with me in person. Open to candidates who are US-based more broadly.

This works best for someone high agency, high capacity to learn, and willing to put in the hours. You'll get out of this exactly what you put in.
